Hands

It seems terrible to me if you don’t have the money to buy food or medicine. Holding up your hand and asking for money may be the only option left.

Asking for money with my hands is a symbol of poverty, illustrated in an illustration.

I started drawing hands on my iPad in Procreate. The left version of the hands is in pencil. I also drew the version of hands again with a hard line, if I remember correctly it was the technical pen in Procreate. The version of the dotted version reminds me of poverty – it’s present but don’t want to see it. I am proud of the execution with the water brush, depth and structure make the image attractive to me.
